I save text messages.

I used to have them locked so I wouldn’t accidentally erase them, but experience has taught me that explaining that type of thing is sort of awkward. Alas, I have too many nostalgic texts in my phone right now, so I thought I would again put them on here for all eternity. Behold, my current favorite texts:

“Your tumblr pages have made me cry twice in two days. We’re always together in our heads even if we live a blasted country apart.” from Robyn, Feb 22, 11:37pm.

“CLEAN AS YOU GO.” from Robyn, Mar 2, 3:56pm.

“Ali has on jeans!” from Porsha, Mar 11, 7:49am.

“Not true. This is the coolest ever. I am a rock star. Love, Sam.” from Sam, Apr 22, 12:38am.

“You’re dress came. I am wearing it.” from Sam, May 10, 6:13pm.

“I am so sad. I planned all day for us to hang out.” from Sam, May 10, 10:23pm.

“Fuck it if it’s not tomorrow.” from Maggie, May 18, 8:46pm.

“NYS Scores came out today but times did not have by school.” from Dad, Jun 24, 6:03pm.

“Dude. Liz Phair = me in high school! We seriously need to hang out.” from Lisa, Jun 28, 11:34am.

“BTW: val is NOT smarter than I am!” from Trevor, Jun 28, 7:23pm.
